Those are rookie numbers
I’ve been diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia. It sounds as ridiculous as it is.
I remember when I was a kid I always woke up a 6 AM, now I wake up at 11 on the best of days.
I know this is a thing. My sister has it. But also sleeping longer than 9 hrs actually wears me out and I feel groggy and gross. Have a doctor diagnose, otherwise, may just be as simple as oversleeping.
I have a family member who has this so I can confirm
My record is 16h after playing video games the whole night. Went to bed at 8am woke up at midnight. Good times.
I’m 14 and still wakin up at 6 am but I sleep at like 10:30
I have both insomnia and hypersomnia at the same time then
This was pretty much me when I had depression

I sleep for 3-4 hours and I don’t feel tired, if I sleep more than 8 hours I get tired lmao
No, that’s called binge-watching Netflix.

I’m experiencing this right now. I can drink an energy drink and the proceed to sleep for 12+ hours.
